On the login box, enter your username or email and click on the Forgot Password link. Then answer the security question and click submit. You will receive an email with a new temporary password. Use this password to log-in and then you can create a new password in the MyProfile section. How do I change my password? You can create a new password in the MyProfile section. Will my Points expire? Yes, Points expire if your account becomes inactive. An Account will be considered inactive if you don't earn or redeem Points for a period of twenty four (24) months. Can I combine my Points with another member? No, you cannot combine or transfer your Points between members. However, you can redeem and gift certain rewards to another member if you'd like to do so. If the total seems incorrect, please try logging off, closing your browser, re-opening the browser and logging back in to view your Point balance. How many times can my Blu-ray or DVD code be used? The code can be used once. Do my Points have a cash value? Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash and may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, brokered, purchased or used to engage in any gambling activity. Any Points used or obtained in this manner by any person or entity will be considered to have been fraudulently obtained and deemed void.
