How do I update my account information?
You cannot currently update your account information other than password. This feature will be added soon, and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you have further questions please contact customer support. -
What if I forget my password?
On the login box, enter your username or email and click on the Forgot Password link. Then answer the security question and click submit. You will receive an email with a new temporary password. Use this password to log-in and then you can create a new password in the MyProfile section. -
How do I change my password?
You can create a new password in the MyProfile section. You will be prompted to enter your old password to complete the password change. -
I have a new email address. Can I still login?

How do I earn WB Insider Rewards Points?
We will constantly add new ways to earn Points so check back often. Here are the current ways to earn Points:
WB DVDs / Blu-ray Discs™ - You can earn Points for purchasing select WB Blu-ray Discs or DVDs. To collect Points for participating WB Blu-ray Discs™, DVDs, please login or join WB Insider Rewards and click the "Redeem Now" tab. Enter the 12 digit code printed on the Digital Copy insert of select DVD or Blu-ray Discs™. For eligible titles click here.Points for WBShop.com purchases - Points for purchases from the WBShop.com are automatically added to your account if you complete your purchase with the same email address you use with WB Insider Rewards.
Purchasing tickets to WB Movies in theaters - To collect Points for purchasing tickets to select WB movies in theaters, please login or join WB Insider Rewards and click the "Get Your Points" button. You will be asked to take a photo of your ticket and upload it to our website. We'll email you once we've verified the photo and add Points to your account. For eligible titles click here. Restrictions and photo requirements apply, please see the Program Rules. -
How many Points can I earn in a day?
There is no limit to how many Points can be earned in a day. -
Will my Points expire?
Yes, Points expire if your account becomes inactive. An Account will be considered inactive if you don't earn or redeem Points for a period of twenty four (24) months. -
Can I combine my Points with another member?
No, you cannot combine or transfer your Points between members. However, you can redeem and gift certain rewards to another member if you'd like to do so. -
My Points balance seems wrong. What should I do?
Sometimes your Internet browser may not have refreshed the page and may be displaying older information. If the total seems incorrect, please try logging off, closing your browser, re-opening the browser and logging back in to view your Point balance. -
How many times can my Blu-ray or DVD code be used?
The code can be used once. -
Do my Points have a cash value?
Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash and may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, brokered, purchased or used to engage in any gambling activity. Any Points used or obtained in this manner by any person or entity will be considered to have been fraudulently obtained and deemed void. Points must be redeemed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Points will not be replaced, reissued or credited if lost, stolen or otherwise altered or destroyed. Points cannot be used in combination with any other discount, coupon or offer unless specifically allowed by the terms of a specific promotion. -
How many WB Insider Rewards Points can I earn in a year?
Members can earn a maximum of 150,000 WB Insider Rewards Points in a calendar year.

How do I earn Credits?
You can earn Credits by doing all sorts of activities like watching movie trailers, answering trivia questions, sharing your opinions, playing games and much more! Visit the Activities section to find out all the different ways in which you can earn Credits. -
How many Credits can I earn in a day?
You can earn up to 500 Credits each day. Don't worry--we'll let you know once you reach the maximum number of Credits for the day. The 500-Credits limit helps ensure that each member has the same opportunity to earn rewards and reach higher levels. If you reach the maximum number of Credits for the day, you can still continue playing games and watching trailers. You just won't be able to earn more Credits until you come back the next day. -

Credits do not expire. -

How do I get rewards?
Some rewards are yours just for joining the WB Insider Rewards program. This will include insider access to exclusive news, sweepstakes, and content as well as a number of other ongoing member benefits like discounts at WBShop.com. Other rewards will depend on your Points and/or Credits balance availability. -
Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can redeem in a day?
No. You can redeem as many rewards as the number of Points or Credits you've earned will allow. -
Why are some rewards only available to members with a certain member level?
Certain rewards that may be especially collectible will often require you to have a higher member level such as Silver, Gold or Platinum Getting to new levels is fun and simple, so these special rewards could easily be yours. And don't worry- as you increase your level, all of the rewards that were available to you at the previous level will still be available (for example, a Gold member level can redeem rewards that require Silver or Bronze member levels as well). -
How do I increase my level?
There are four different member levels within the WB Insider Rewards program: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each time you complete an activity you move closer to achieving the next level. As you increase your member level additional rewards will become available to you in the rewards catalog. Additionally, from time to time there will also be offers and activities only available to members with Gold or Platinum status. -
What WBshop Discounts do I have access too?
Members receive a 10% off of select DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, Official Merchandise and Warner Archive titles from WBshop.com. To use your discount, go to www.WBshop.com and sign-in with the same email address and password that you use to login to the WB Insider Rewards Website. Your discounts will be automatically applied when items are added to your shopping cart. To view your discounts simply click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner. All coupons, discounts and offers are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the WB Insider Rewards Updated Program Rules. -

Who can join the WB Insider Rewards Program?
The Program is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia over the age of 13. Officers, directors and employees of Warner Bros. and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, may participate in the Program but may not be allowed to redeem them for certain Rewards and may otherwise be subject to restrictions that do not generally apply to how Points or Credits are earned or used. What is a WB ID?
By creating your very own Warner Bros. ID (WB ID), you will improve your Warner Bros. online experience by cutting down on registration processes. You will have instant access to current WB applications and communities like our WB Insider Rewards, WBShop and BD-Live. Soon, your WB ID will enable quick log-in on our Digital Copy Manager and more! Your WB ID will be automatically created during the registration process. -
How do I create my WB ID?
Your WBID is automatically created during the registration process. When you return to other WB applications and sites that have been WB ID enabled simply use the same email address and password to log-in. It's that easy! -
How long does the WB Insider Rewards program run?
The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Warner Bros. decides to terminate the Program. Warner Bros. may terminate the Program at any time, with notice on the Website and/or via email to the Member's email address currently on file with Warner Bros. for their Account. Members will have up to six (6) months from the date Program termination is announced to use their remaining Points and/or Credits. -
